Rod Sheriff
Founder and Chair
Rod founded In-Synergy and leads group strategy, acquisitions and technology. He has spent his career building and integrating technology-enabled service businesses, and is trained in Commitment-Based Management, which underpins the group’s operating model. He chairs InnerMedia and leads the group’s AI product work through In-gage. Before In-Synergy he held senior operations, customer service and strategy roles at WorldRemit, Truphone, Lebara and SSE, and he holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
Roxane Humphries
Director
Roxane is a director of In-Synergy and supports business owners through the acquisition process. She co-founded In-gage in 2015, leading its operations, service strategy and product development, and is Creative Director of Craftiosity, the group’s craft subscription brand. She sits on several company boards, and her earlier career was in training, culture change and organisational development.
Tom Greenwood
Head of Operations
Tom leads operations across the group and works with portfolio management teams on delivery and operating rhythm.
